 Mimi’s class is primarily Hatha Yoga, incorporating a combination of Pranayama, Asana, Vinyasa Flow, and Meditation. Mimi’s hands-on approach to teaching and modifications make her classes accessible to anyone — class welcomes students of all levels.

Vinyasa Flow with Annie

  Saturday & Sunday 8:00 - 9:30 am
